We would like to welcome you to our site dedicated to our wonderful pack of Border Collies!  Buck Branch Border Collies is located in the beautiful countryside of Pittsboro, NC where we raise our dogs on a secluded 10 acre property.  I have been competing with, training and raising dogs all of my life, but was introduced to the Border Collie and knew immediately that this was the dog for me!  Since 1994, I have raised ABCA Registered Border Collies that enjoy participating in many events from agility, flyball, herding, and obedience but most importantly, are wonderful family pets!

Temperament and disposition are very important to us as many of our pups go to family homes where they must co-exist with children, other dogs and even cats.  Therefore, we strive to produce a level headed Border Collie that will excel at any sport event but also have the off switch when it’s time to come inside the home.  Our Border Collies are extremely intelligent and loyal pets that have fantastic athletic ability for the highest level of performance!

Although we rarely have black & white BC’s, we pride ourselves in producing red  & white, blue merle, sable & white, and sable merles.  We enjoy all of the less common colors and find them to be very unique and absolutely beautiful!  We encourage you to visit the ABCA’s Museum of Color to see all the varieties of color that are found in the Border Collie breed.
